Fitness squared START CHALLENGE how it works Set cones out cones into a 25 yard square to create a running track and set each player (up to 4) on a separate cone. This is a straight forward challenge to test a players fitness. When the timer start each player has to complete 10 laps of the square. Each lap is 100 yards and players must run around the square in the same direction, either clockwise or anti-clockwise. They must call out each lap which number lap they have completed and on the 10th lap the timer stops. Make sure the players don't cut the corners. points This challenge is time based so the quickest to complete the course will be highest on the leaderboard.
