12 minute fitness START CHALLENGE how it works Measure out a square box with equal sides and start groups of players at each corner. The aim of this test is purely about fitness. Players have 12 minutes to run as far as they can, counting the number of laps they have completed. 12 minutes to run points Points are given for each metre run. To make it easier to calculate measure the box the players run around and only score for the amount of completed laps in the 12 minute period. When the timer runs out you can submit the number of laps completed.
